[Resolved] Vodafone India — activated barring service to my number for non payment of another number! | |||
Dear sir/madam, All the time iam facing the same issue in vodafone network, barring service activating in my present number which i’m using from 4+ years (Titanium customer) if i didn’t pay that alternate number bill. Why you people are barring my current number for not paying another number? All the outstanding amount i cleared in my present number, but i can’t able to call or use net connection, i called to customer care to know the status of barring, they simply telling, some dues are pending thats y barring activated in ur number sir once you cleared automatically barring will be deactivated like that once i clear the payment also the same issues continue, again and again i called to know the status, that time they telling sir your using another number in your name know sir, in that number dues are not yet clear once payment done only this number barring will be deactivated. Iam really upset about your service, wrong information providing by all the side. Just pls be frank to say sir that you clear all the mobile bills in your name only we have to clear barring service like that. Worst... I never face this type of issue in any network. Now i cleared all the vodafone mobile number bills. I don’t know who will give you rights to block my number instead of another number payment.
