[Resolved] Vodafone India — Activated vas without my consent | |||
Vodafone have activated a vas serviced called tv all channel pack and deducted 150 rs from my balance with out my concent. Once i got the informational message i have deactivated the same service but my balance is not been credited back. The number [protected] Note : for the same reason i have changed my postpaid service to prepaid service having the thought in mind as this will not happen in prepaid services but it is continued on prepaid as well. I have lost so many and getting tired of deactivating the vas service frequently. Please look on this issue i never wants a vas service on the my account, please refund my balance and stop doing this behavier. Else i may approach trai grievance with group of member as i found everyone stating the same issue with vodafone service in my office. (Tcs) Was this information helpful? | |||
