Vodafone India — Activating and charging for VAS without any confirmation from the user | |||||
I am using vodafone for a year _postpaid connection. The plan was 349 then it will be around 405 rs. Per month Now my bill was 933 due to the value added service they activated, this amount they have refunded me for the past 2 mnths. Now they are not ready to refund, thus cheating me after providing some hope for 2 months. Now they are not ready to revise the bill. What can I do with such a telecom giant?
