Vodafone India — activation of nano sim | |||
On 17 th may I went to vodafone store -medical college, trivandrum, kerala; for changing from normal sim to nano sim. they gave me the nano sim and told me that it will activate in 1 hr. But it was not activated.Again I visited the same store on 25th, and told that it was not activated, they told that system was down and not possible till 29th may. On the same day I went to vazhuthacaud, trivandrum, kerala, vodafone store and activated my nano sim within 3 hrs. so I would suggest u dont appoint such irresponsible staff on ur great vodafone store (medical college, trivandrum). I think this staff dont know anything. even the manager of that store is useless. Was this information helpful? | |||
