[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Address Verification

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

Hello Customer Care Team, I had taken a new vodafone connection ([protected]), it's services are now stopped with reason "Address Verification Failed". I have asked to re-verify the address but no one has came to verify it. Even I had visited the vodafone store but no use. Earlier I was not having the electricity bill, but now I am having it. My Vodafone Postpaid connection has been barred of out going calls, the reason for that they has said is "address verification negative". I didn't receive any calls, no one came to residence and none came to my office address as well. I have raised the request thrice and every time address verification is negative; without even being verified. Thank you Vodafone your are providing a excellent pseudo customer service, I felt you guys had an excellent network coverage but this is really pissing me off. I have no intention to put my complaint here, but my out going is barred and you guys have a very good customer service; who care very little about customer and what is their issue. Is your customer service policy like, get the customer, give him the bill and only ask him when he doesn't pay the bill; whatever happens to the customers connection in between is not your problem. I hope not, I have provided my service registration number below and contact me asap.

Hi my self sagar and i am using vodafone number from last 6 years .but some days before i have purchased a new number but a person named Mr.Nitin which is your executive called me and asked my billing address as he is standing somewhere near of my house but when i tried him to understand the address of my house then he replies "ye mera kaam ni hai aur bhi kaam hai mujhe yaha aake verification karao "
So my concern is that you have enrolled that kind of person who doesn't know that how to treat customers .
On the other side you guys are saying we are the valuable customer and on the other side you show us the this kind of value .

My vodafone number is temporarily disabled. As i didn't verify my address but later I reapplied for re-verification but no one came and my sim isn't working
