Vodafone India — After registering to disconnect mobile no. mobile no did not disconnected and still you are billing for the same. | |||
I had obtained Mobile No [protected] from your company, on 20.10.2015 i made a request to disconect the said Mobile No as it was not comming in any use to me, hence i obted to go for cancelation of same . But most unfortunately you had not still disconected the same No and still you are charging me by billing me every month, Which is illegal, unjustified and bad in Law .I had made clear instructions to the executive on 20.10.2015 to disconect the said mobile No with immediate effect, hence your executive ignored my request . I was shocked when i was been informed by one of my office assistant that his mobile No [protected] / [protected] / [protected] has been blocked for out going . After inquiring over the phone with customer care of your company, i was told by executive of your said vodafone that due to non payment of mobile No [protected], my all other mobile Nos are blocked for out going . I would like to intimate you that as on 20.10.2015 i had clearly mentioned to the executive of your so called vodafone to disconect the said mobile No with immediate effect, and did not disconect the same and charged me since than without any fault on my part . Futher i would like to intimate you that i am having 6 more No more of your so called vodafone rather than mobile Nos mentioned above and i am regularly paying all my due on time without any defualt . It is clear that if i am paying rest all of the mobile Nos i am using why i should not pay only the No which i had request to disconect i.e.[protected] . My other 6 Nos are as follows : - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] . It is my humble request to you to kindly regularise all the mobile Nos which you have blocked for out going call immediately . Failing to which i will be forced to shift my service with another mobile service provider and by referring this matter before the consumer forum of consumer protection Act, entirely at your risk as to cost, which you may kindly be noted .
