Vodafone India — Against extra bill

The company sent the incorrect bill and demanding the payment. I have requested them to send the correct bill but they refused. Thier employees using abusive language on phone and keeps on troubling
Me. Please someone take strict action against this company.
Why does this company always charge extra bill to their customers. Please teach them a lesson
