[Resolved] Vodafone India — against rs.35 recharge | |||||
Hi, I did a rs.245 recharge in my phone with 84 days validity on 14/11/18, however yesterday i received an sms that i need to recharge of min 35 before 7/12, or my outgoing will be suspended. Why this? I have already done a recharge of rs.245 as per vodafone plans, why again this 35? Check your system properly and resolve this immediately. Is this some kind of professionalism or you are simply robbing your customers? Need urgent attention and resolve this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
