Vodafone India — Aggressive Bill | |||
I am using Vodafone. My no: [protected] This month i got bill of Rs.2258.44. As per voda fone o have made call to no [protected] (ISD) for 35 minutes. Thats why bill shoots up. I am having this no from last 3-4 year and b=never bill amount crosses 400-450, generally remain in 200-300 range. My first question is why ISD is activated on my no when i have never requested for the same. Second: how i can call a no suddenly for 35 minutes, which i have never called in 3-4 years. i checked my phone call details i am not seeing any call detail for this said duration. I checked with Vodafone they are saying you have to make payment. This is not good, i am confidenet there is some problem is their network which causes this bill. Please call our compliant help line 148 they will help you properly
Same problem, I have also not dialed this number [protected]. and they are saying to pay the bill.
Vodafone Stop Cheating on your customers and this is definitely a network or your system problem. Other wise how it can be possible that me and other dialed the same number and we all are in different states of india.
Kindly refund our money.
