Dear sir/madam, Last week i had convert my postpaid no.in to prepaid service. After convert i had recharged rs. 50. But its not credit in my vodafone account. Today I got sms that you have activated data pack on my request. I have never sent any data pack activation request. Hence please deactivate net pack immediately. You have done so without my knowledge. Please ensure that you do not impose any extra charge for that. I am going to lodge complaint with regulatory body also.
