Vodafone India — Amount paid for recharge but balance not recieved

I am a Vodafone customer Sanjay Airen.I have done recharge of R's. 300 for talk time 330 for the number [protected] on 14th November 2015 at 10:04 from Vodafone official site through hdfc net banking.Amount is deducted but the balance not received.
