Vodafone India — Auto activate DOTBOT service

I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹50/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour. Complain sending time 11:10 Am of 13 Jan 2017. My number is [protected]. Next time don't active these type of services in my number. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your coustomer care number 198. Refund my balance of ₹.50/-

service activation
is it the right way to harras postpaid coustomer
does vodafone wants to recover rs. 50000cr. is this way

What is this DOTBOT service.I didn't even here that service name.With whose permission you have activated this service.in the past 6 mnths almost 600 Rs has been charged.after complaint you have confirmed that the service has been deactivated.Still 150RS has been charged...Why are playing with customer like this..The best way of cheating...If you want to earn money go in truthful way...Dont cheat customers..

In any postpaid service i didnt see this much of cheating...
