[Resolved] Vodafone India — automatic activation of various services | |||
I am a pre paid (458/-) customer of vodafone, today 11th nov 2018 suddenly they (Vodafone) activate a game to my number without any activation request from me and add rs 20/- on my rental. And after that message for various service activation arrived but due to low balance the amount wasn't deducted. This happened with me second time. Before few months also they activated various services automatically and then I called the service centre but only some amout was refunded. Please take action against vodafone.
