Vodafone India — Automatic balance deduction | |||
Dear Vodafone Gujarat, I am Sandip Kyada, i m using vodafone prepaid SIM since last 4 Years. My no is [protected] . On 23 April 2015 i had dialed *111# then pressed 4 and then 3 to check my tariff plan's validity and i made recharge of 150 full Talk Time . And i got complete information by USSD what i needed that time so, that means i was not wrong in dialing USSD Code. And Now Problem is that on the same day at 8:26 pm without dialing USSD code my 128 rupees has been deducted . and for that issue i called in customer care vodafone and Customer care executive (Hardik) keep saying only one thing that ' i m sorry sir i cant refund that balance becouse that is USSD code is dialed by u only and the fact is that i haven't touch my phone when balance had been deducted. i had already 55 tariff scheme on going in my phone so it clearly shows that i don't need to do two times 64 tariff scheme . I am 10000 % confident that i hadn't dial that code, i can give it written . when i asked to refund my balance then they said 'sorry sir no one can refund your 128 rupees balance but only 64 '. I just want know that why my balance had deducted with dialing any code . two times ...!!! Even customer care executive says that 'our system shows that only u have dialed that USSD code and that scheme is done by u only ' i had word with Hardik and Menka on same call but couldn't answer my Question but only their system shows. The worst behavior by vodafone ever, I never expected such low level thing from Vodafone . I just want to know without dialing USSD code how it be shown in their system ?
