My mobile no +91- [protected] my name is Dr. Aditya Prasad Roy and I am a senior citizen and I don't use mobile apart from making call and receiving it and I been observing a deduction in Rs 14 or 28 or in are continuing for 20-30 days and I found without any phone activity my phone automatically lit up and a message come that this amount is deducted. I speak with customer care officer after dialing 199 from my vodafone sim and I convey the customer care officer attending the call about such strange deduction and further request that they should take care that no further deduction made and I been assured that there will be no further deduction to be made apart from in any call I made . But after a few day I again noticed such deduction and this time I speak with customer care quite harshly and asked for refund of my deduction but the customer care attending the call denied of my such request. I though I will be exempted from such deduction further because I speak harshly to them. But now they cut off my privilege to making a call to customer care and continuing deduction. Today i.e. 11/06/2015 I have again deducted a money of Rs 14 around 10-11 am . I been deducted a Rs 200-250 taken all together. I want a total return of such deduction with some penalty to post on such company whatever may be suitable for such case.
