Vodafone India — automatic deduction of money from my account | |||
This is related to mobile mela service that gets activated and charged twice without event prior notice and my consent. The Mobile Mela service was suddenly activated on 02/Sep/2018 automatically and charged me Rs 25 and again on 2 sept 2018. When I checked my all SMS then I came to know that this service was automatically activated on Sept/02/2018. When I call to vodafone customer care, executive told me that this service was activated from Internet and they are not aware of activation of such services. I never activated mobile mela services from the Internet and deactivated now. But I didn't get my money back. They are really doing fraud with there own customers for the sack of money.
