Vodafone India — Automatically recharged local tariffs without my permission | |
Dear madam/sir, Vodafone automatically and unnecessary activate many local promo offers which is rs.31, 23, 19 and 14.. Total rs.87 balance deducted from my account without my permission. I am currently out of west bengal and i have roaming pack activated only, but suddenly these local promos recharged. Previously my balance was rs.144.11 now it deducted to rs.54.11. I called customer care they said they will take my request and refund my balance but till now i didn't get my balance back and now customer care is not responding my phone calls.
