Vodafone India — bad customer service | |||
i have lost my sim 3 months back. i raised a complaint and was told that the sim card will be sent to my home. No one came. I called several times but got no resolution I then went to vodafone store yesterday. They raised a request and told me to wait for 2 hours which i did. My number was still not activated. When i called customer service they told me to go to vodafone store again. Vodafone store raised a request again. My sim then started to work but when i checked today it was deactivated again. When i called the custmoer service, they told me to go to vodafone store again..Is this some kind of joke??? Just because your people dont know how to work a consumer needs to suffer? YOu can not take care of a simple request, Neither the customer service people were helpful nor the vodafone store people. My whole experience was very bad I am going to through this sim away and if you guys come to me and ask me about the unbillled amount i will raise lodge a complain in consumer court. I tried my best to do everythig to start this stupid sim but your people dont know how to treat a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
