[Resolved] Vodafone India — Bad Network of Vodafone | |||
Hi, My name is Dinesh Kumar Yadav, resident of Musanagar, Asti Road, Bakshi Ka Talaab, Lucknow and I have purchased Vodafone postpaid sim number [protected] almost 3 months back. I am facing major network issue from the day one. I have filed the complain several times to customer care but all in vain. In reply, i got an answer from the vodafone customer care that this is the best network we can provide. Further i contacted vodafone on Facebok (Social Networking site) where i mentioned the connectivity problem. After raising the issue several times there, they sent a network engineer for survey who visited my place and surveyed the area. He updated me about the bad network and confirmed that the problem will be solved soon as he has forwarded d report. He told me that some device will be installed near my house and problem will be solved permanently. Its been over 20 days and nothing have been done. On further probing, and sending messages to vodafone India, i was given reply that outdoor network issue has been resolved but indoor network problem would remain as it is. I would like to bring in to your kind notice that nothing has changed from the day one the sim was activated to till date. The problem is same. Vodafone network is to bad. They have a 3G licence in UP-East circle and that too doesn't work in my locality. I was provided with (Service Request number:[protected] intially but every week i was given new service request number to buy time by vodafone. Now its been almost a month and nothing has been done on my complain.
