Vodafone India — balance deducted and executives denied to refund

My vodafone no.[protected], 40rs full talktime has been deducted only because of customer care negligence, i have confirmed 3times with executive even after they given me a wrong information,, no use of requesting for refund i tried calling them 4-5 times but no use. Even tried talking with floor supervisor gopi he also denied to refund my amount even after request.
Kindly please refund my amount of rs40 ftt,
