Vodafone India — Balance deduction | |||||
After activating vodafone night mins still the balance got deducted, n i called vodafone customer care for 5 times n everytime they put the call on hold n after dt disconnect.. Either i complain abt dis or handle dis matter asap .. Because we are not fool here who are calling for complaits n you guys are putting cal on hold n after dt dont attend us n disconnect the call on our face widout answering our ques & neither resolving the prob .. If you guys do not knw hw to attend a call den y you guys have put this soo called helpline where no2 is bothered to ans . You guys cut unnecessary balance .. I want my prob to be resolved asap .. First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care, oral complaints are not taken seriously.
If they don't solve the problem within 4-5 days then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get a decent refund from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
