Vodafone India — balance deduction | |||||
Hi All, I am charged nearly Rs 42 for a call made to Bank Customer Care which lasts for just 15 minutes. I am on Unlimited Calls plan where I am supposed to not charge. Anyhow they are telling its a special number when I made a call to customer care. This Vodafone India is just looting the customer saying like this special number and special sms. I don't why a Banks customer care number is so special. Despite all of this, I just feeling ashamed of being a customer for past 4 years of Vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
