Balance deduction Vodafone is illegally deducting the phone balance of rs. 45/- for so called dnld dwap without any notice or Without pre information from the system or company Today my balance deducted by ₹45 on my vodafone account and while checking last deduction i got to know following thing.. Dnld_dwap_com0045_ppu_cpu05687001 Don't know why it was deducted and happened. I known this last activities from *111#. I dont know what is this? And i did not sent any Requeste for service. Vodafone has reduced the 4G network speed after recharge for 3 months and not providing the service even after complaining several times. Each time ticket get resolved without resolving the issue. mobile number is [protected]. Even vodafone refused to refund or extend time for the period services not provided.
