Vodafone India — balance deduction without reason | |
Hello, I have been facing this issue from long time. Even though i am using prepaid card still vodafone india is debiting main balance constantly and always balance is going to negative. I am working in singapore using vodane mumbai simcard for indian number. Even my incoming smses are not working anymore. For instance yesterday only on 28th march 2020 i recharge and bring my balance in positive. And again next day it fell to -31.53 while i have not used any data/sms /call service. Even i am not able to contact their customer care from singapore[when i tried it;s always unreachable]. And when my family members are trying still customer care is unreachable or unresponsive. I have mailed the issue as well still no response, that's why posting here. I have been using vodafone from long time but if with this kind of support i guess i should port to other number now.
