Vodafone India — balance got deducted for unsubscribed services | |||
I got a text in my message box today evening like 21rs got deducted due to some vas game subscription. I have no idea when I have subscribed for it. And left with only 3rs of balance. I have been using Vodafone since a very long time. I m so disappointed in Vodafone bcoz I used to have another network sim with same problem and I have stopped using it for as they have deducted for unsubscribed services. Please don't do this Vodafone. Refund. I have already stopped the service asap as I received the msg but I wud b happy to get my money back. Tq Was this information helpful? | |||

How does VAS subscriptions happens automatically even when I didn't subscribe for It. And each time my balance gets deducted. Plz respond or I will change my network. Thank you
