[Resolved] Vodafone India — Bangalore BTM vodafone store - No Genuine process | |||
I got a new prepaid connection from vodafone store in subject. 1. I was denied payment by credit card and if cash no receipt and also acknowledgemnt for the form. Atlast I struggled for Ack but without a seal. 2.I was given a SIM not in the pack - when asked fake reason like thats an 3g/old card bla bla..., making sure that I dont have the SIM number acknowledgement. 3.Connection was not activated for a week and when a went back, was told SIM card number is not matching 4.I was helped by them saying solution is to request for card replacement and that will deduct 50 Rs. Again denied of the copy of the request. 5.I am waiting atleast will get activated. Learnt a lesson to go legally everytime. Was this information helpful? | |||
