Vodafone India — Bill amount extra charge for month of Oct-15 and Nov-15 billing cycle | |||
As I was discussed with Vodafone customer care I was share my complaint to them about they was charge a exceed amount in billing cycle Oct-15 amt 299 for data plan and they same when I port in to Vodafone they enter my ebill email id wrongly mentioned on the system that the reason I was not able to received a proper at before the due date and they also charge a late payment in billing cycle Nov -15 kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
