I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 960 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I was shocked and first mailed. When I googled this number many people with same problem have posted !for my number [protected]

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
If they don't solve the problem then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get a refund from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
