[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Bill Charged Rs 3840.46 instead of Rs 380 Major Fraudsters with customer's money

My number is [protected], Name - Ganesh Dhawan & relationship number - 8.11583532.00.00.100122. I ported out of Loop & got Vodafone 2 months ago & i spoke to the guy over the phone on[protected]. He told me that the plan is an NCR employee offer as i work for NCR India Pvt Ltd. The plan was 200 Local Min 200 Local txts CUG free & 1GB of 3G Data for rs 250. when i agreed for it he informed everything will be the same & will start exactly on the day the sim card will be activated. But when i started using it i wasn't getting a speed of 3G so i called cust-care & Complained about the same its at that time i came to know the 3G was NOT ACTIVATED & i was getting CHARGED as a regular charge which is expensive if you compare it with the plan. It was already more than 25 days that i used the internet & so the bill was higher. Its then that i activated the 3G & started using it but by then i was ready for this dispute as i knew you guys would send me a bill higher than what i'm suppose to get. This conversation i had with the Customer care Agent should be in your CRM. Please check for it. When i received my bill & saw the charges to be high i went to the Vodafone Gallery which is at Prabhadevi signal Opp to Maratha Udyog Bhavan. I complained about the same to them & they informed me to send an email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com so i sent an email to them about the same. Also i mentioned the email on the website www.vodafone.in but didn't get any response. After 3 days i get a call from the complaint's department & he listened to what i had to say about the issue, & he told me, "he will look into the matter & will speak to the Senior & get this sorted as its not your mistake & will CALLBACK IN " 10 " MINUTES!" after that Until Today i haven't received a single call from HIM or anybody else. So if i was promised of something & if that wasn't done or delivered by YOU then why do you think I should pay for it ?? You guys promised me that everything will start automatically so i don't have to call again, & now you want me to pay for it ?? You guys have LIED to Me & PROMISED me of things & DIDN"T DO IT & WANT CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR IT. If you want me to continue with that number or if you want me Pay the bill then I want you to waive off the charges & send me a Fresh Bill with the actual charges that i have used. If that's not done then i will not pay the bill. Either fix this problem or else make sure nobody comes to My House asking for the Bill Payment. And if i don't get any response of this email then i guess you guys don't care about customers instead just want to make money by looting people. thank you Ganesh Contact : [protected].
