Vodafone India — bill charges | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that vodafone has activated the rental plan of 999 due to which my bill for 2months is rs 2000. However i haven't requested for this rental plan. Also i have deactivated the internet pack and only calling is activated. I don't understand for where they have activated this rental plan and sent this huge amount as my bill. The other day vodafone staff called me regarding bill payment, i told her i haven't requested for this plan. When she checked on her system she confirmed that this request was raised by me. As i have not requested for this plan. I am not liable to pay this amount. I am been using vodafone since many years now and now looking at the service i am planning to switch to another network. How can the company do so much of hassel in the bill of the customers. I have not even requested or neither aware of this plan. Kindly look into this matter and i want this to be resolved asap. First you send wrong bill amount and on the that they have stopped my outgoing services. I am not going to pay this amount. I need the issue to be resolved asap.
