[Resolved] Vodafone India — Bill generated after make the full payment and stop service | |||
Hi Respected Sir/Madam, I am Ershad Shaheed and currently staying in Hyderabad. I am working with IBM as Software Engineer. I was using Vodafone Mobile service and Cell no-[protected]. I make the last payment and ask for close the Sim.While make the last payment Sim was already stop(No Service). Once i make the full payment and ask for cancel service on my name, they said over phone, its already closed. After few months again i got one payment demand mail from Vodafone again. Please find the following details, DEMAND NOTICE DATED: 23.03.2015 Name : Mr. ERSHAR SHAHEED Mobile No : [protected] Account Number : 1.90369552 Balance : 972/- Vodafone again activated the number on me and ask me for the above payment again.I m not using that sim anymore and i am not aware when they have activate on my name. Now ask for the payment. If I am not using anymore service and already ask for the stop service, why keep one activate the Sim on my name and ask for bill. I need your help.Kindly help me.
