I have been charged for some value added services for which i have never opted. I had sent several messages to stop these VAS. Now i am billed for this. I have also been calling SEVERAL times to reverse these charges. Every time i am told that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours.Since the last 4 days i am continuously calling up. The time taken to speak to a customer care executive itself is 10 minutes as there are prerecorded information on schemes. Now i am fed up of calling everytime without getting a solution to my problem. HENCE I WANT TO DISCONNECT THIS. PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT MAKE ANY FUTHER PAYMENT
