[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing | |||
I was charged ₹98 for a download that i hadn't made. When it happened for the second consecutive month, i tweeted about it. Theur customer care called and informed me it was two months usage charge for a gaming app, i. E they were charging two months charge per month. I hadn't used or downloaded the app and it is not possible to have happened by mistake as that sim has been in a wifi tab, and only used as a wifi source. I received the call on 10/1/2020 and the representative said the issue will be solved in 48 hours. It has been two weeks almost and they haven't done anything about it. Also my last payment date is tomorrow and if i don't pay before that i'll be charged ₹100 for late payment charge. If i do pay today then they will say they can't do anything about the nov bill as they only consider two billing cycles at a time. I want to deactivate that sim and want nothing to do with vodafone, but i can't till they resolve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
