Vodafone India — Billing & Deactivation | |||
Dear Sir, I request Vodafone to deactivate my Postpaid SIM card [protected] in 28th August, 2015 Request No is[protected]. I was informed it will be deactivated on 5th of September. To ensure it, i request the status of my Deactivation. I was informed by a customer care that your previous request is invalid so once again the request is raised on the same day so that it will be deactivated by 12th of September 2015. But my connection is not deactivated after that also. So i raised a complaint No.[protected]. I was informed it will be deactivated. But still no deactivation is made. i'm getting cheated by this company by charging unnecessary rentals on me. I'm Frustrated & Tired. I kindly request you as INDIAN CITIZEN to take some severe action against this company. To save INDIAN CITIZENS falling under the prey like this.
