Vodafone India — Billing Descrepancy - Complaint unresolved since 09.02.14 | |||
Failed to process the request for change of Plans (interchange of plans amongst two Post Paid no.s in my name - [protected] & [protected]) & activation of net pack to one requested in Dec 14 and given wrong confirmation by your service outlet in Belgaum, college Road. Due to which I was charged with Rs. 603/- net usage in my billing (05.01.2014 to 04.02.15), Complained in nearest Vodafone 24 care strore on 10.02.14, registered till date 4 complaints Complaint No 1 : [protected] date : 09.02.2014; Complaint No 2 : [protected] date : 10.02.2014; Complaint No 3 : [protected] date : 12.02.2014 & Complaint No 4 : . [protected]; Wrong confirmation by your CC executive contacted on 198 on 22.02.15 that request approved and charges reversal will reflect in next billing as adjustment amount. services barred from 05.03.15 causing high inconvenience. Again in recent biling of 05.02.15 to 04.03.15, you have not any adjustment of above disputed charges & Penalty of Rs. 100/- levied. Such abysmal servcie & Negligence over customer compliant & WRONG CONFIRMATION by CUSTOMER CARE & Store officers are HIGHLY OBJECTED... VERY VERY UNREST & DISAPPOINTED..
