[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing for closed number | |||
I have called the customer care and sent multiple emails regarding this. I have settled all my dues for vodafone number [protected]. I no longer use this number. I have requested multiple times to close it. I have again got a new bill regarding the unused number. Please cancel the bill and send dues cleared acknowledgement mail immediately. From few days i am receiving OTP from 17863 number. So i need information on why am i receiving the OTP and OTPs are generated for what purpose.
Also if it is for any subscriptions, this can be Unsuscribed.
