[Resolved] Vodafone India — Billing for telephone calls not done | |||
Hi I have been facing a big issue from Vodafone, where in Vodafone has billed me for international calls to Jamaica and London, which I have never called. The calls have been for more than an hour. I have been getting calls continously from ladies saying they want to make friends from different international numbers. I had complained to Vodafone to some how block these calls which they said they could not do and requested me to stop attending the calls. I donot know the numbers; since they are different numbers, so I do not know how could I stop attending the calls. Later I found that using the same number, I have been billed for more than and hour as international calls. I complained thru emails, calling the call center and even visiting the stores and every time Vodafone is saying I need to pay the amount. I really do not know what to do. It looks like Vodafone is trying to extort money from me, and have left me no other option but to change my service provider. After writing more than 6 email exchanges, more than 8 to 9 calls to the call center and today visiting their store (since the call center person informed me to visit the store; while after visitng the store, the store person is telling me to call the call center). I am really fed up of this customer care from Vodafone and their strategy to make money out of their customers by charging them addiitonal money. I am getting notices to pay the money else my service would be stopped. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
