Vodafone India — Billing is done according to wrong plan

Dear Sir,
I was using vodafon prepain card on 18 jan 2016 I ported it in postpaid vodafon no. from Matchless tele systems pvt ltd. ghatkoper. At that time I selected 199 monthly rental plan. But now this cheater company is sending me bill according to 299/- monthly rental. When I called customer care, she said the plan is 299/- but we will give you discount of 100/-
but this month also same thing is happening ...again 299/- bill + 55/- service tax. I want 199/- plan or else I'll port out to some other network.

Vodafone's customer satisfactory rate is 9%...Shame on you...cheaters
