Vodafone India — billing issue | |||||
I am laxmi tamang and i have postpaid no.[protected], your agent who address me as "komal" her phone. No.[protected]promised me on 28th march, that she will waived 200rs. From my current bill and make the adjustment, she promised last month on 28th march and today is 26th april even i call her to remind her since last 3 days, she is folling me by saying i will do it by next 30 mints but till today no action has taken place.. What type of customer service is this.. Vodafone need to be banned they are scaming postpaid customer they fraud me.. This company urgently need to be banned.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
