Vodafone India — billing issue.

My customer id/relationship numbers is[protected]. Vodafone is not able solve a very simple problem. Since a long time i am complaining to them that i am not getting proper itemized bills. Since last 3 to 4 months they are charging me for making calls to special number. But numbers are not showing in my bills. Even i’m registered for itemized bills. I also sent emails to their corporate care and vodafone care. But they are giving me most unreasonable reply. Like, they are saying we are unable to refund the charges or providing only 1st 6 digits of the number and top of that some of their well trained executives addressed me with wrong name and also mentioned a wrong number or someone else number in the reply sent to me. That means, they are someone else’s data with me without having their permission. It can be happened with me also. Data is also not secured in vodafone. How can we believe vodafone any more. Pathetic, and i don’t want to talk about their voice and chat support. Those are now worst. I had a good hope with email support but after this experience i got to know that is also mostly classless. I failed to made them understand that i’m not disputing any charge. I don’t have any problem to pay which i’m using but i should be able to see for what i’m paying. Because as a customer i should have the right to know for which number vodafone is charging me. Though i’m receiving itemized bills but those numbers are not present on bills. They are able to see those numbers from their end but the customer, who is paying the bills, they are not able to see it. Is it not quite fraudulent activity. Like charging a customer unauthentically, that’s why they are not able to provide the details. Additionally, they have informed me we have activated your itemized bills with 0 rental for 6 months. This point is not understandable for me. Because i’m receiving itemized bills from the beginning and never paid any changes. So is there any kind of other itemized bill which vodafone is not providing to their customers. It sounds like vodafone is asking for money because customer has asked for his own right. Means, if you want see for which we are charging you, you need to pay more money. Is the behaviour expected from a company like vodafone to a customer, who had been using their service since a long time and not only he alone. I have 6 vodafone postpaid numbers including my mother and if vodafone wants i can provide every number and they can check did i ask any undo advantage for any number or not. Really, in last few months the service i received from vodafone that i never expected ever. Like this is not vodafone. Some other company, who is providing the service and does not care what happened to the customer. This is a public forum. That’s why i didn’t mention my number, only mentioned my id above. Vodafone will be able to find out my details with that. If anyone wants to call me, then please call me on the number associated with my id. Today means 9th may can call me any time and other day need to call before 1pm.
