Vodafone India — billing issue | |||
I had gone to foreign and vodafone charged rs12000 for 50mb and that also i have not used. Now vodafone team also no waiving wrong amount and not making settlement. Please help as being regular customer there we can expect some benefit. Also for 50 mb 12000 is extremely high and i am ready to settlement but vodafone team not at all willing to retain...in this way any company can lost customer by charging wrong bill and also not waiving the same...
