I would like to bring this to your notice that your customer care executive didn’t activate my international roaming on 4th november when i specially called and asked to enable it but now they are so rude to help me. They are very sure it’s their fault but no one is ready to listen to me now. I seek your urgent help with this matter. I’m very disipointed the services has been provide to me.
