[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing issue | |||
I have been sick of raising the issue of my connection. My connection was terminated 20 days ago due to billing payment but i had raised billing concenrs long back, there were excess charges and no one has responded yet. Your agents are extremely dumb as they put me on hold for hours but not connect me with a senior to discuss the same. I am tired of vodafone, even though my phone was disconnected for the past 20 days another rs 600 have been added you think customers are #? If this is not resolved within this weak i shall terminate your sim without paying the bill and move to a new service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
