[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing issues | |||||
Hi consumers court, In vodafone service, my plan is 299 per month and they given bill of 1200inr. After activating dnd they activated vas. They told free roaming and browse internet and text msgs and calls too free means unlimitted only internet and msgs are restricted 30gb/month and 1000sms /month respectively. But when i am getting the bill of 1200inr even they included all charges. I facing the issue since 3 months. Simply they change the plan and billing we have to pay. If anybody is there please kindly help. Share this as much as possible it reaches to vodafone owner they know their service feedbacks. I given many complaints and everything but they are not able reply simply they repeating the things. False commitments from vodafone.
regularly they charging in double and unwanted VAS they are activating
finally we getting the bills are high
I am loosing money only bcos of this issue
please resolve

They additional roaming charges its too high I am not agree with the issue.
Please kindly help as soon as possible.
