I am a post paid customer of Vodafone for almost an year. My mobile no. is [protected]. I had a credit limit of Rs.8, 000/- Recently i had opted for International roaming scheme, since i am on deputation for few months by the company. Suddenly my services were bared by the company and on enquiring i came to know that my bill were reached up to Rs. 27, 000/- with out any notification or SMS. How such kind of bill will be provided when credit limit was set and always there is an option of SMS allerts. Please resolve my issue S. Sreeprasad Was this information helpful? | |||
