Vodafone India — Bills | |||
For the last 7-8 months i am facing the problem of not receiving the bills. I had contacted several times with your customer care online but every time a promise that it will be rectify next time. I am holding my number since 1996. First Essar, then Hutch now Vodafone.. Previously i was not getting the bill at my residence so i asked them for e bill. Even that was also not coming to me.. Last month i asked your online representative to cancel my e bill and send it to my residence address. This month same as usual. The best part is now a days i think you people don't see what your call centre people are doing.Promise on the phone who cares. Best of luck keep it up.
