[Resolved] Vodafone India — block sim & deactivate sim | |||
We are using vodafone corporate postpaid connections and we wanted to block the number's. Given below numbers's We request for blocking this number's ([protected],) and issue a new sim card's. And another two numbers ' we wanted to deactivate the service permanently ([protected], [protected]). The reason is it is not in use we are paying simply for this every month bill, and [protected] number is one of the employee quit the job the sim is with him hes not answering our calls so need to block this number and issue the duplicate new sim, for this request we are doing past more than 3 months and we called more than 50 times to vodafone corporate customer care also they says do the mail and submit letter head in main to corporatecare.
