Vodafone India — Call drops - unable to fix the issue | |||||
I had logged a complaint with vodafone with regards to call drops and degraded service which was happened for over 3 to 4 months. Their service technicians tried resolving the problem and confirmed this will take at least 3 months to fix it. The company has acknowledged that the problem is from their end, hence I had requested them that they compensate me for the issues that I have been facing for the last 3 months and for next 3 months. The compensation that they offered was 100INR discount from my monthly bill which I didnt accept since this not even 1% of my entire bill amount. My compensation should be a straight away 50% discount on my entire bill amount for last 3 months and until the time the issue is completed fixed which they refused. Hence I request your team to help me fix this situation with Vodafone as they dont respect customer queries even if they are at fault. I have necessary proofs in writing (email communication) which can be provided as an when required. Was this information helpful? | |||||
