Vodafone India — cancellation of account and charging money wrongfully | |||||
Hi i have taken vodafone dongle for 6 months stay in india for internet services. I left india 6 months back and forgot to cancel this sim. Now i am getting legal notice every 2 months to pay bill and threatening for cbil score problems. I have paid remaining bills all 3 times without using their sim and asked then to cancel the account multiple times but to surprise they are coming every 2 months with legal notice. I just paid 3000 rs which is almost 300 rs extra which i have to pay to them. And asked those guys to cancel this account but no replay on mails till now i am calling customer support they are telling to talk with their legal team. I have some 5 numbers of their legal team but only one number has picked up phone other are just ignoring coz this call is from outside india. Now the guy who picked up call is promising me he will do something from past 15 days but nothing has done. I have to pay amount today to save my cbill score. Hey vodafone How much money you are planing to get from me? This is annoying and now this behavior is not tolerated. I am getting in mood to screw you guys Was this information helpful? | |||||
