Vodafone India — change of plan without confirmation from the customer

You changed my plan on 21st feb from 149 to 299 without confirmation from my side
Now my bill which came for 2 months is 652 whereas it should have been 326. Why should i pay this bill, i use this number for incoming therefore i took the minimum payment plan and you made it double i want a solution for this plus if you cant give the 149 plan back i want to port my number from vodafone and i wont be paying this 652 rs. I agree to pay the 326 as this is the amount which was said to me according to my plan.

I got a callback from vodafone
Saying sorry and why this happend but not a solution
I already know it happend through your customer care number
I want a solution thats why i raised a complain here
Dont call me just for saying sorry until u have a solution to this problem
